That's very interesting! I agree with you that building a routine is important when it comes to adding exercise to our daily schedule. This reminds me of the book Atomic Habits: acknowledging the rush of endorphins after the workout encourages one to repeat that action thereby strengthening that habit. Almost like self-conditioning.

Thank you for noting the need for a recovery period after exercising. The explanations and tips that you give are comprehensive and very helpful!
